All prices are in both Euros and US Dollars, VAT included and shipping is excluded. On checkout shipping costs will be calculated.
Payment is due within 8 days of ordering. By not paying within that timeframe your order will be canceled and products will be put back in stock. Orders will only be proccessed and shipped after receiving payment. Shipping is done through USPS.

Free Shipping to combine orders is always available on checkout, but you can only use the Free shipping for combining orders option if you are indeed combining orders, or with the express permission from Caroline in other situations. If you use it without permission or not for combining orders, you will receive a seperate payment request for applicable shipping costs.
The free shipping conditions are subject to change without notice, and I reserve the right to end the free shipping conditions at any time. Orders that qualify for free shipping that are returned due to customer error may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense. Please contact me with any questions or concerns.

On your account page you will find coupon codes that could be of use in certain situations or certain periods.

Point Reward System
You get to save money!!!
For every dollar you spend on Lacquester.com you get rewarded 1 Point.
For signup an account you get: 25 Points
For your first order you get: 25 Points
On your account page you will find the Points you already collected and on the cart and checkout pages you get a message if you want to use your point to get a certain discount.
You can also choose to redeem only a parts of yourPoints for an order.
Points earned will only be applied after an order is completed.
Earned Points not redeemed will expire after 2 years!

Newsletter Sign Up
You can sign up for an occasional Newsletter. Don’t worry about being bombarded with spam from Lacquester, I will use it sparingly!
In every Newsletter there will be an ‘unsubscribe’ link so you can opt out at any time.
